Using innovative techniques with well established and trusted protocols, SoCal NeuroRehab strives to provide the highest quality care for brain injury patients.

What We Do

SoCal NeuroRehab provides excellent vestibular care, but more than that, we also provide cognitive rehabilitation therapy through our proprietary software. We will take your TBI patients and fully evaluate through a series of tests and screens, and provide a comprehensive evaluation report. Therapy courses will take 6-8 weeks with a minimum of 2 visits per week to help the patient optimize function and make the best attempt at recovery.

Who We Are

SoCal NeuroRehab is a group of seasoned physicians and practitioners who share a vision of redefining the standard of care to meet the advances in technology for the diagnosis of TBI. By providing quality care with the availability of outpatient vestibular and neurologic rehabilitation clinics, SoCal NeuroRehab is becoming a new type of practice, focusing on the improvement of the patient, while also navigating the complexities of a med legal claim.

Eddie Stanislawski, DC, CSCS, DACBSP

An extremely accomplished Chiropractor, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, Dr. Stanislawski has helped develop a world-class sports rehab program as Co-Founder of Body Dynamix Integrated Sports Medicine

Alfred Wool-Smith, DC, LAc

With almost 20 years of experience in his field, and a dual degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic and Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAOM), Dr. Wool-Smith uses his wide range of knowledge as a medical legal expert (Qualified Medical Evaluator) to help patients navigate all avenues to their recovery.

Beau Daniels, DC

Dr. Daniels has an illustrious career as a Top Sports Injury Doctor of Chiropractic as the official chiropractor for the 2021 NFL Champions, the Los Angeles Rams. He is a Co-Owner of Sports Academy (Formerly Mamba Academy) and also the Co-Founder of Body Dynamix Integrated Sports Medicine.

Angelito De Leon, PT

Angelito (Lito) has been a physical therapist since 2000, specializing in treating the most critical patients at acute care hospitals and sub-acute facilities in Los Angeles. His 20-year experience as a physical therapist, working with a vast assortment of patients with neurologic disorders, trauma and post-surgery recovery makes him an important part of SoCal NeuroRehab's care team.
